On being a judgy-mcjudgerson: I have found it helpful to train my brain to think of things as interesting or entertaining rather than any other knee jerk judgment. I don’t do it 100% of the time – let’s face it, humans are judgmental and the overall “American” way is to be quite judgmental. What I have found is that I am much happier overall when I regularly DON’T judge people or even concepts. Kinda amazing, ain’t it? Try it – it’s a fun experiment.

Not sure where to put this “Is it just me or everyone?”, but here it is, thought of you guys in the grocery line the other day:
Is it just me or everyone, but I hate it when I go through the grocery line with produce in a bag that is not fastened shut on top and they ‘kindly’ tie it in a knot! Drives me crazy, I want to tell them not to, but know that would be douchy…instead I just smile and way, “well thank you” while thinking WTF?!
