Goals

I was reading this Tim Ferris motivational something or other and it was saying that you choose the thing that’s been on your To Do list the longest and do it first thing in the morning and don’t let yourself take a break or have lunch until you finish it. Tomorrow I won’t be taking a break or having lunch till I publish a book.

My goal is to attend Alison's wedding with The Greg Wilson as the groom. I'm probably the only one who thinks they are the perfect couple. I also think that if they were to ever get married that they could be the next Stiller and Meara. I'm sorry Ted, I don't know if you should marry Alison.

Brian Tracey calls his technique which is the same thing “Eat that Frog”. Well, maybe it's your least favorite to-do list item.

How about the visual pun of – 'I'm on a roll, (but not Rye Bread' for an intro?

Has there been some kind of Anna David fallout your fans need to know about?

Kind of got to thinking that as it now stands, Dustin is way more “notable” in your public life than Wendy, which kind of had some wikipedia ramifications….so, I decided to have a little fun with it:

“Many fans speculate whether Dustin Goot is holding Rosen back professionally, personally, and comedicly. Other fans speculate whether Rosen can become a breakout star without Goot's collaboration. Some fans weren't sure of Goot's contribution until he was marginalized in the revamped “Daily Alison” format and noted the relative lack of spontinaity and on-screen chemistry in the new format. Fan sentiment regarding Dustin's merits range from the view that he is an incidental guest, to he is the bane to Rosen's existence, and, alternatively, is Rosen's saving grace. Rosen is known to be extremely evasive when questioned about her “Dustin Strategy” as this seems to be an unresolved point of tension in her ongoing vlog series. They say all the time how they're not going to ever get together romantically, so, it's one of 'those' situations, and, like most things in Rosen's public life, it's one of those ambiguous, tenuous pseudo-melodramatic episodes that has yet to come to fruition.”

Uh, where is the fun? Doesn't seem like something that should be in Alison's wikipedia entry to me. Maybe I am being defensive, but it seems like you are undermining Dustin's and Alison's friendship for an inside joke that I just don't understand. Can someone explain if I'm wrong with my perspective? Perhaps this is just over my head.

Yeah, I don't doubt the idea of satire on a satirist's wiki entry is just too avante-garde for normal wikipedia usages.

The entire definition of what or who is notable is subject to endless debate and re-editing.

Boinkity, you've hit the nail on the head and missed the point at the same time – this was a “fun” snippet that most appropriately belongs on a site like Encyclopedia Dramatica for it's farsical nature, but, then would lose it's fun culture-jamming effect.

The fun continues as we wait to see how long it will be on wikipedia before the notability gestapo clamp down on my sensationalism.

Boinkity, if my fun paragraph got you defensive, you might be too squeemish for:

    http://encyclopediadramatica.com/Main_Page or

    http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

But, more importantly, where do *you* stand on the Goot Issue?

    Gooten Tag!

My goal is to act more mature, but using Tim's method I'm afraid I would never eat again. The goal of writing a book is much more within reach for you, Miss R.

And I hope you do because I would be the first one in line to buy it and have it autographed. And one at a time I would wrestle each of my friends to the ground and not let them up until they agree to buy it too.
