The Daily Alison (Where there were technical difficulties)

Man what a pain in the heinie this one was! The audio and visual weren’t synced correctly for some reason and then I tried to fix it and it got worse. You probably think I’m talking about the way the video was recorded but I mean my own audio and visual weren’t synced. I was moving my lips too fast for my brain. Or maybe the words were coming too fast for my face to catch up? I forget which one is ahead of the other which is part of why trying to correct the problem was a real bugaboo. Just got back from Dustin’s housewarming. Safe to say the house is officially toasty. And Dustin’s letting me borrow his bike! Isn’t that super nice? I think it’s super nice. Especially since I was kind of a jerk back in the segment where I wondered if I was a jerk.

Dustin sounds normal…. he sounds like he's from New York. I think Alison's experiencing a case of Californiafusion, where she thinks everyone should be happy like us people who live in California.

A big sarcastic thanks. Now I receive audible and viual stimuli out of phase. I hear a bang and then my dog knocks something off the table. I see my dog barking at me but don't hear the barking until after I let him out. I blame your unsynched video for my chronosynesthesia.

…oops, sorry about the rant. It was just some weird stuff my dog was doing. He hasn't been the same since he ate Schrodinger's cat.

    Love and kisses, Chris

Yay Dustin! Good for him letting you borrow his bike. Can you mount your video camera on the front of the bike and take us with you? That would be really, really cool. And by that I mean it would be really, really cool.

Dustin was probably tired from moving. Moving is always exhausting, and then he had to get ready for the housewarming.

Don't worry about not posting a vlog every day, Miss R. If you force yourself to do it when you don't feel like it, you'll start hating it — and we don't want that. I think you should schedule weekends off, or maybe Sunday and Thursday. Something like that.

It’s all good. We understand. Do what you gotta do.

I like your face at 2:05.

haha.. now that I think about it, this Daily Alison was great because of the out of sync voice. Now I am reminded of one of those poorly edited Japanese Godzilla movies! Where everyone moves their mouths, but the voices come about half a second later. Hilarious! I'd like to see a video of Alison in miniature form with her twin, saying “Mothra is coming, You better not shout; you better not pout!” Maybe Alison can just get Diana Falzone to act as her twin.
