Oh WOW! A Gene Kruppa reference! I totally thought your dad was gonna bust out with Buddy Rich, but was surprised that he said Kruppa first! That's pretty neat. At least nobody said Neil Peart, because everyone says Neil Peart. I should learn how to play drums just because I knew who Papa Rosen was talking about when he said “Gene Kruppa!” Hey… that was also a really cool backyard. Is it kinda scary though during fire season?

Actually I think the helicopter pilot said “sauerkraut” but it was polite to ask him! What a great VLOG!
Great drum work Ro Ro! You are one hot woman!

That was awesome. It had everything! Thrills, adventure, a Tobey dance, Dad Rosen, drumming, and an interview with a helicopter. Yes, Mr. Rosen, we still remember who Gene Krupa was. Alison, you should have brought the drums on the plane as carry-on luggage.

I actually feel kind of sad that you're leaving your parents' house. How bizarre! Uh-oh… Red Eye is starting! Gotta go!

That was awesome! Did everybody else tear up when Tobey started dancing? That was his version of the Dr. Pepper Easy Underpants Cooperation Dance. Did anyone else catch that? Come on people, pay attention!!

Fantastic performance by “Sticks” Rosen! That definitely has to go on The Daily Alison highlights reel. I know the name Gene Krupa but don't know anything about him. I remember seeing Buddy Rich on TV a lot when I was a kid.

I had to go back and freeze the video on the beautiful painting of your mother. On the next #ROSENQA I'm going to ask who painted it — and I fully expect you to answer my question this time, Miss R!! :o)

What a beautiful view from the backyard! Wow! The helicopter pilot should have at least landed and answered some of the TARGTKYGTKM questions. But maybe he was following a police chase!

Great job on Red Eye too! I wish Greg hadn't cut you off when you were talking about Michael Jackson because I wante to hear what you were going to say. I wasn't a huge MJ fan and there's been too much coverage over the last 2 weeks, but I thought the memorial service was really well done.

“The outside of your home evokes a scene in the movie Twilight. The helicopter brings to mind Terminator. Robots vs. Vampires, I wonder who'd win ?”

Have you any idea how desperately desired you are?

I'm a guitarist—a dime a dozen, a nothing, a zero, trash, reeking disease-ridden putrefying scum . . . Whereas drummers, (or, drummettes), are hard to find. They know well of their worth, and are therefore unconscionable destroyers of the soul when it comes to marking out a deal. I am, however, wholly certain that Miss Rosen is unlike the typically self-adoring drummer.

I might add the following personal reflection based on the introductory toe-tappin' jam session: You are amayonnaising, Miss Rosen – – each time, forever and always.

I've been away far to long. Good stuff.

Your father is the perfect doting father. I hope to be that when my kids are grown. Presently my angelic young children are more like feral beasts, so instead of doting indulgence I have to rule with an iron fist (metaphorically of course).

I love the back yard by the way. Is there ever any fire danger in that area?

Scary. I did a wildland fire fighter training course last summer. Canyons make for very scary fires.

But enough of that kind of talk, I have two weeks of Daily Alison's to get through.

Bye the was, I thought you were just extra tanned from being out west during your RE appearance. At least that's how it looked.
