The Daily Alison (Where my dad does impressions and then I almost hang up on him)

I feel bad  that my dad was just gearing up to tell some cute stories and I had to rush him off the phone. And I mean, these were cute stories ABOUT ME so lord knows I wanted to hear them but YouTube waits for no woman.

And here’s more info about Our Town.

hi alison! i encountered caterpillar caviar today. then i just googled it, after titling my blogspot such, and found your entry from a year ago. ew! so i'm not the only one to have found caterpillar caviar. so they DO lay eggs, not the butterflies. i guess i better dig a hole for the 'caviar', then, else i will never get to eat my own lettuce.
incidentally, the caviar is in the bed just next to the broccoli. i suppose that's what they like best, and i'm sure glad i read your post before unsuspectingly harvesting broccoli 😀

Your dad is really fantastic. And yes, we want to hear stories about little Alison growing up (in addition to everything else).

So funny about business day. And I'm starting to think Prince Charles and John Gielgud are (were) the same person. Did you ever seen them together? I don't think so.

It sounds like you might have sucked up some food in your vacuum. That's why it doesn't suck very well – something is blocking the air flow. And then you get the smell once the motor heats up. Can you open it up enough to see the intake for the fan? You might be able to remove whatever is blocking it.

OK… I'm gonna have to be the bad guy. I was annoyed. I was annoyed that Alison again had to cut off her dad right in the middle of Internet Awesomeness! I think when Papa Rosen is on a roll, Alison needs to just keep the camera rolling. If you have to make a second part, so be it. I was totally into the stories, and really disturbed that I wasn't going to hear anymore. At least, give us a teaser so we can know what to look forward to next time.

Sorry for being all negative. I still luv ya guys!

I know! Honestly I'm just really angry that ten minutes isn't more like twelve minutes. When my show moves to primetime we won't have to deal with this.

I'm amazed that you've done this every day for how long now? 3 weeks? 4? Have you contacted Guinness yet? Can I ask more questions? Thank you! I have many more questions.

Have you told us what type of vacuum you have? If it is an upright “carpet sweeper” or whatever they call those, it's possible that carpet threads are wrapped around the roller underneath. One thing's for sure. It's annoying when the room smells worse after you've “cleaned” it.

Would you tell your Dad that I would like surgery please? I don't know what kind of surgeon he is, but that doesn't really matter since I don't know what kind of surgery I want. Tell him to just do whatever he thinks would be best.

    Papa Rosen in Da House!

Alison, not sure it would be possible but maybe on occasion, you could ask for Twitter questions for upcoming guests….and pick like 1 or 2 from the fans for your guest….that would be interesting….I realize some of the guests we might not know but oh well.
