The Daily Rosen (5.22.09; Wherein I talk to stuffed animals and Drew Toal)

Want to know more about Drew Toal? His blog is at http://www.sufferthegringo.wordpress.com

I need to update my blogroll to the right with links to everyone’s websites. I also need to add an upcoming appearances section. In the meantime I’ll tell you that I’m on Red Eye on Thursday with Billy Zoom of the band X who produced my old band’s unreleased album. So that’s kind of nutty and crazy since Sir Zoom and I used to talk about how I wanted to move to New York and he couldn’t understand why I’d want to move here. He’s more a Chicago man himself and he was sure pushing that windy city on me hard since I was hellbent on getting out of OC and going to a real city. Also, I might be on Geraldo tomorrow. But that’s just a maybe. And I worry I’m getting sick. I don’t normally worry about this however every time I do I make sure to blog it, since it’s fascinating.

Okay Groucho visit is a must do. Put it on the list, Alison. I'm sure no one will even recognize you. 😉

I don't know. I'm still not buying that there's someone out there named Drew Toal. These are the names of your stuffed animals, along with Clem, Shirley, and Pete.

Your green room looks a lot like a small flat table with stuffed animals.

“Hey ALison, is it possible for you to get our messages out there indirectly that we want to send out to Greg in regards to the gimmick of fans being allowed to say something about Greg himself by phone? The phone-lines are always busy…….”

Great video, Alison! I think (no, I KNOW) Time Out would love to have you back.

By the way, since your friend's name (Drew) is short for Andrew, I should probably reveal for the first time anywhere that my middle name is Andrew! Such a small world. I feel such a close connection to all your friends.

Hmmmm…. vlog stuff…. I was just thinking it's been so long since you did shadow puppets on your vlog. The last time I think was at MINI Rooftop when you and Kirsten Dunst did shadow puppets to entertain everyone. Remember that? Why don't you do some shadow puppets in your next vlog? You're so good at them and your newer followers would love seeing it.

The other idea I had was for you to randomly prank call people. Maybe for the first one you could randomly call Anna and ask her if she has Prince Albert in a can. HA!… talk about 'Must See' vlog stuff!!

Wow… it's Memorial Day Weeklend already! I thought we were still in March. That's what happens when you sleep for 70 days at a time.
