Nibbles McGee’s Big Adventure

ARIYNBF Nibbles McGee's Big Adventure

You guys, I fell off the carb wagon, and how, so I talked about that in a shameful #SnackChat segment. We also talked about Scotch kisses, butterfly kisses, people who live in glass houses, something called Meat Dip, a stirring open letter to the salsa industry, the mindfuck pulled by The Bachelor’s Caila, an upcoming ski trip and so much more. Plus we did a round of Just Me Or Everyone and talked about a dog named Gwen who is available for adoption.

Download the episode from iTunes.

You probably need to buy the new ARIYNBF LOGO tshirt and get the Bumbershoot bonus episode!

JMOE: Have Heller conniptions when people repeatedly parrot “your baby is so alert!”

Having said that, Sam is sooooooo alert. You can tell she is smart just from her eyes!

Another INTP who has their whole life ahead of them to deal with 99% of everyone else and their bullshit.

Some kids are like having an old curmudgeonly dude reincarnated super fussy with stubby limbs, and obsessed with pacifiers to replace their musty old pipe with nothing to do but pass gas and judgment on the world while everyone around them is fascinated by their poop, but enough about Alison and back to Sam! She is sooooooo alert!

Alison, I LOVE that you are bringing awareness each week to a dog who is in danger of being euthanized. Yes, there are so many issues in the world, but we have to do what we can with what we have. I think it’s a great thing that you’re doing this, and I hope all of the pups get adopted!

Meat Dip? That’s called Hoagie Dip!

Wow! I am glad that Nibbles got to have some adventures! Daniel’s letter to the obviously corrupt Salsa Industry was epic (hilarious) and vital to the conversation about salsa.:) Great episode!

Not feeling the pet moment thing. Like you said at the end, it does actually drag it down. Not the right time and place during the Thursday show. I’m a religious listener and I like the fun stuff 🙂

I have to throw in with the desert island longing/fantasy. I think most men (especially boys) long for it because of the freedom of decisions it allows.
However, I feel it’s feasibility is ultimately underestimated. Same as that guy at work(hunter/sportsman) who would love to live in the 19th century wilderness.
Simple infections would have a better chance of killing you than not, and we would all be woefully unprepared for the life ahead of us.
On a personal note, I do love that we romanticize the hard past and try to connect it to our current lives. Despite what The Donald might tell you; we have lived much better than our parents, and our children will live much better than us.

#Al and Jenna impress me more each week, and there can be no doubt #Sam is getting a great start on life. (In LA…) I couldn’t agree more with Daniel’s open letter. In no way will I endorse what he’s said publicly, however. The salsa cartel has long, slimy arms, and I fear Daniel may become another Alexander Litvinenko.
Godspeed on your strangely timed ski trip.

    Haha, that letter was great!

Meh, disagree. Since she is doing it at the end, you can always just stop listening then and for those who like it/don’t mind it, it will be there and maybe get some pups adopted. No harm, no foul, I think!
