I am a fairly new listener so maybe I missed it, but I haven't heard you all say anything about Ketchup chips in terms of enjoyable chip flavors. I'm almost certain that you can't get them in the States, as I am an American living in Canada. In any case, I would like to suggest that you try them. They have a sort of perfect combination of salty, sweet, tangy, and crunch. I had a serious addiction to them for the first 6 months of living here…and I don't even put Ketchup on everything.

Note to Thursday gang: Cold water has less calories than warm water. (It has negative calories!)

I posted this on Facebook, but I'll post it here too.

aAlison, if you were worried that last Thursday's show was a
little awkward feeling after all of the press, don't worry, because you were
back and as great as ever this week! What a great show! Everyone was funny and
there were many great quips throughout the show. Daniel's withintro was still
good, but it did seem to lack some of the usual energy. I think it's because he
didn't have the live audience of the other panelists there to play to. The
“Al Chat Drop” was an awesome surprise and I love how surprised and
amused Jenna and Al were when they heard it. I'm glad it was saved as a
surprise for them to hear on the show. Loved the Snack Chat jingle too. Chef
Jeff was right. Such a range of emotions in the interview with Daniel.:) I
loved the interview with him, but I hope he's not taking any of the negative
comments about him to heart. He's great and I love him on the show! The only
thing my husband and I seem to fight about is choices or decisions about food too! I can totally
relate to Jenna and #Al there. Yes, deferring to the other about food is such a
dangerous game that couples always seem to play. I look forward to Daniel being
back next week and I hope you get another microphone so that Chef Jeff can
continue to join in. He was as good as I suspected he would be.:) Also, I'm
wondering how he became a part of the podcast? Good get! Great show!

Just wanted to let you know that for the first time ever I clicked through your Amazon link to place a big order (lots of birthdays coming up next month and I like to get all my shopping done at once). In the past I clicked through the For Crying Out Loud one (love that show as well), but I wanted to show my support for you, and heck, I'm still mad at Adam for what he did.

“Also, I'm wondering how he became a part of the podcast?”

Colonel Jeff is Producer of The Larry Miller Show. When the old Thursday gang was banned by Adam Carolla from Alison's show, Colonel Jeff left Carolla Digital, taking The Larry Miller Show with him. Jeff then also joined Alison's show as Producer since her old Producer had been part of the old Thursday gang.

Adam's firing of Alison caused him to lose two shows from his network. Past actions by Adam caused him to lose The Film Vault, a show cohosted by Bald Bryan. Overall his network has lost 9 shows for a variety of reasons.

Do you know for sure that Carolla not allowing the Thursday gang to continue is why Larry Miller and Colonel Jeff left Carolla's network or are you speculating. Have either of them discussed it? I'd like to believe that reason, but I don't want to believe speculation as truth, if you know what I mean.

I am speculating. Colonel Jeff left Carolla's network shortly after the Thursday gang was banned, Alison promoted Larry Miller's show going independent on her twitter feed, and, of course, Colonel Jeff ended up producing her show. For the record, Colonel Jeff also left Carolla's CarCast (he was also Producer there) at the same time all this happened.

I was curious as to why Larry Miller disappeared from Adams website links. It all makes sense, I never heard any “explanation” the few times I listened to ACS. I really don't listen to ACS or FCOL anymore. Hopefully Sonny and Natalia turn out better than the King of cocksuckers Adam and Princess Lynette did. But I doubt it. They're already spoiled little rich bitches.

To anyone on the fence about listening to the new Thursday gang, hop on board the love bus. Still a great show about everyday life, with dynamic and funny personalities.
The relationship material really hit close to home. I can also relate to #Al's frustration, concerning Jenna's intruder. In my experience, women are WAY more intuitive than men. While they are usually spot on, it can be very difficult to convince them otherwise, when they are clearly off. In my opinion, Jenna was just being a bit paranoid. Very appropriate when watching someone else's children, one of whom has special needs.

I was completely unaware of The Film Vault's existence, until Alison mentioned being a guest, a few weeks back. I was always in the “less is more” camp, regarding Bald Bryan, but he and Anderson are terrific on this show. Their passion for good movies really comes through, and they have turned me on to great movies I may not have seen otherwise.
Movies like Blue Ruin, currently streaming on Netflix.

“I was always in the “less is more” camp, regarding Bald Bryan”. If you've only heard someone as an employee on ACS, you probably haven't heard them at their best as it is a pretty toxic environment there.

For example, Mike Dawson has always sounded like an idiot to me on that show but if you listen to him at http://alisonrosen.com/2014/01… you will find he is an intelligent and thoughtful guy after all.

The only time I've really hurt my back like an old person, it was leaning over to flush the toilet. This is a safe space to share that, right?
