Happy Birthday, Woofie

Woofie was the dog I grew up with. People always thought we were saying Wolfie which is kind of tough and cool–and Van Halen-ish–instead of Woofie, which is neither. But he was a good dog and I was fairly devastated when he died many years ago and for some reason I always remember his birthday, which would have been today.

Here are some old posts about him, in case you need to look at photos and read some words, which you do.

In other news, my brand new podcast is launching on February 13th! Cancel all your plans!

First!!  (I've never done that before)… Woofie doesn't look Van Halen-ish either… but I bet he never will be Running With The Devil

Every year you remember Woofie on his birthday.  That's pretty amazing, Alison. It just shows what an incredible person you are!

    New podcast… WOOOOO!!!!!!

Is it wise to begin a new relationship the day before Valentine’s Day?  I think this was addressed on “The Office”.  Anyway, I’m sure it will be at least as good as “Daves of Thunder” despite the lack of mustard commentary.

yo, yo AR (sorry, just watched Randy on AI) , so falling in love with your vox on ACE – new listener happy to hear you have your own cast coming. Despite what you hear, Portland has more days of sunshine than Glendale each year . . . hope you make the traveling squad . . . happy to show you and ace the non-eye-stare crowd of eating establishments. Haven't listened long enough to hear how you and the ace man hooked up – so if it's not too old a story, what *is* the story with those shoes AR?
